Quick Screen Shot


Figured I might as well show a quick screen shot of game play from Eldritch Adventures. As you can see, it's all text based. Someone asked about a youtube video, but I don't see the point with a text based game.

  6. Oh, the nostalgia! I actually wrote a text adventure game back in the days for the C16. It was a year before I upgraded onto a C64. Yes, that's right, the C16 only had 16kB, 12 under BASIC (but it was 3.5, whooo) and in graphics mode you had astonishing 2kB left for programing. If you imagine that those capacities wouldn't even be sufficient for a single .jpg nowadays ...
